According to the Lord High Commissioner of the Blogosphere, our radio hero Hugh Hewitt: "The best group blog in America is Power Line, and I am beginning to think it may be the best blog period because of its substance, reach, and great good humor."

At the urging of my professional colleague Gene Allen, Hugh took a look at our site and extended his support to Power Line in its infancy. We owe many faithful readers to Hugh, as well as the kind of debt that, in the nature of things, can never be repaid.
