Inside the walls of South Dakota

Reacting poorly to criticism by this blog and others "outside the walls of South Dakota," editor Randall Beck of the Sioux Falls Argus Leader previously referred to us as "yahooish." We commented briefly in "Funny, we don't look yahooish."

Now Beck's Argus Leader takes note of the conference of South Dakota bloggers set to convene at Augustata College this coming weekend: "Blogging: A venue to rant, rave and review." At the invitation of Professor Jon Lauck of the Daschle v. Thune blog, our own Rocket Man will make a brief appearance inside the walls of South Dakota to keynote the conference on Saturday.

The walls of South Dakota? Fans of Bob Dylan may be excused for calling to mind "The Walls of Red Wing."
