Some Change of Heart

Hans Blix sees signs of a “change of heart” on the part of Saddam Hussein. Just another example of the Europeans’ sophisticated realpolitik that our naive President can’t seem to master. Meanwhile, Iraq’s “Dr. Germ,” Rihab Taha, says, as reported in the Washington Times, that she “does not trust the [U.N.] inspectors: ‘It is a human right that if you don’t want to speak to anyone, no one will oblige you or force you,’ she said.
