Real Clear Politics does a great job of collecting current poll data; the most recent numbers on President Bush’s job approval are in. They consistently show a strong uptick compared to mid-January, when he had slipped into the 55%-58% range. The latest batch range from 61% to 64%. A combination of the State of the Union and Colin Powell’s U.N. presentation, I assume.
