The most important counter-terrorist arrest to date

National Review Online provides this interview with Robert Baer, a counter-terrorism expert and former CIA officer, about the capture of Khalid Shaikh Mohammed. Baer considers this capture “most important counter-terrorist arrest ever.” He also believes that we are close to victory over al Qaeda. However, Baer claims that war with Iraq could set us back. He does not explain why he believes this.
