Republicans Push Forward on Estrada

Senate Republicans will press for a cloture vote tomorrow on Miguel Estrada. They show no sign of weakening, and the Democrats appear to be committed to driving off the cliff. No doubt the Democrats have a theory as to why this is a good idea, but I can’t imagine what it is.
