The Code Pink antiwar women’s group held a march to the Ellipse just south of the White House earlier today.
“Thank You France??” That pretty much says it all.
On a more serious note, 5,000 people braved cold weather in Omaha to support President Bush and our troops.
The Reuters report says that former Nebraska Senator Bob Kerrey, now President of the New School in New York, spoke at the rally and “said citizens have a duty to support the troops and the country, and to fight for freedom for all people.” Kerrey must not be thinking of entering the Democratic primaries.
