A giant in the making

Don’t let the name of Dick Morris keep you from reading his timely appreciation of President Bush: “Bush bears the burden of war.” Morris compares President Bush to Lincoln, Roosevelt, and Churchill; he does not note that the Bush doctrine is itself Churchillian. Morris expresses the heartfelt gratitude so many of us feel that George Bush is president at this moment in our history: “It’s time for us all to thank the Lord that we have this decisive man in office at this crucial time.”
