End of the beginning…

Reader Jim Melcher kindly alerted us to this timely and excellent piece by Michael Ledeen on the roles played by Syria and Iran as terror masters opposing our war on terrorism. The piece has been published both in the (UK) Spectator and in the Australian, and the American Enterprise Institute has made it available on its Web site: “Political war can remove terror masters in Syria and Iran.”
On a related note, Daniel Pipes has posted a summary of remarks by him and former vice chair of the CIA’s National Intelligence Council Graham Fuller, “Combating the ideology of radical Islam,” and a briefing by Laurent Murawiec on “Saudi Arabia’s links to terrorism.”
