Kyoto lives?

Patrick Michaels is a climatologist with the scientific expertise to evaluate the evidence of the alleged phenomenon of global warming resulting from carbon dioxide emissions. In his learned opinion, the evidence is non-existent. Today Michaels reports that the Bush administration may have agreed to adopt key components of the Kyoto Treaty Protocol as reflected in certain provisions of the current Senate energy bill which, according to Michaels, “come pretty close to enacting Kyoto.” This is a development that bears further watching: “Kyoto: Hidden cost of victory?”
