In the pages of the New Yorker Seymour Hersh has unearthed even more evidence of the nefarious influence of deceased political philosopher Leo Strauss on American foreign policy: “Selective intelligence.” In a parenthetical statement more than halfway through the article, Hersh notes that Strauss never wrote “explicitly” about foreign policy.
