“Tax Cuts Complicate Democrats’ Campaigns”

The Washington Post points out that passage of the current tax cut legislation makes the Democrats’ pitch a harder sell, as they must, unambiguously, raise taxes to pay for their spending increases. As Democratic pollster Stanley Greenberg says, it “does require some nuance” to “sell a tax increase.”
