A voice from the past

Lawrence Kaplan notes that Democrats have found their voice on foreign policy, but that unfortunately the voice is that of George McGovern. (For the Power Line crew, the years melt away and it’s like deja vu all over again.) I think that this column is good enough to occasion some sober second thoughts among the Democrats who appear to be its intended audience: “The neo-McGovernites.”
