Mugabe to go?

Here’s a report from the web site of the British newspaper, The Independent, that Robert Mugabe will relinquish power in Zimbabwe under a secret deal worked out by President Bush during his trip to Africa. It sounds like there are still details to work out, and it might be best to take a “wait-and-see” approach to this one.
