Administration Releases CIA Report on Iraq

Hoping to put criticisms of the President’s State of the Union speech to rest once and for all, the Administration has released the CIA’s consensus intelligence evaluation of Iraq’s WMD programs dated October 2002. Here are a few of the highlights, as they relate to nuclear weapons:
“Baghdad has chemical and biological weapons as well as missiles with ranges in excess of UN restrictions; if left unchecked, it probably will have a nuclear weapon during this decade.
