Food for thought

The Ninth Circuit is posting the parties’ briefs on whether the Court should rehear the California recall case on the home page of its Web site. The Court has issued no ruling today on the rehearing.
Howard Bashman is promptly providing relevant information and links to items of interest on How Appealing. He has directed us to this filing by former California Secretary of State Bill Jones that would shame the court if it were capable of shame. Also not to be missed is this filing by Sacramento County Registrar of Voters Jill Lavine.
