Real Clear Politics looks at the late California polls, sees the Democrats gaining, but concludes that Arnold will still win fairly comfortably. RCP thinks that the L.A. Times stories have hurt Arnold but that their effect may well be offset to some extent by a backlash among Republican voters — a backlash that causes McClintock voters to opt for Arnold in the end.
