A “seismic political shift”?

Here, courtesy of Real Clear Politics, is an important piece by Daniel Henninger of the Wall Street Journal about the potential meaning of the Schwarzenegger victory. I haven’t completely sorted out my views about this column, and don’t have time to do so right now. I hope to have something to say about it later today or over the weekend.
