Will the CIA get Bush or get smart?

Mark Steyn on the scandal behind the scandal surrounding Joseph Wilson and his wife, the spy. The true scandal, in Steyn’s view, is the CIA’s selection of Wilson for the Niger mission and, more broadly, the ineptitude, obstructiveness, or both of the agency. Steyn provides so many great passages that it’s difficult to decide which ones to feature. Here is a sample:
