Why a fence

Now that even Colin Powell has acknowledged the existence of Palestinian terrorists (albeit perhaps only in their capacity as butchers of Americans), it is time for the U.S. government to view more charitably Israel’s decision to build a security fence. Abraham Foxman of the Anti-Defamation League, writing in the Washington Times, explains why that decision is the correct one, and why Americans and Europeans who criticize the decision are hypocrites, at best.
