Happy days?

Donald Luskin for National Review Online reviews a new book called The Bush Boom by Jerry Bowyer. Although the title of the book seems quite premature, Luskin finds that Bowyer at least makes a good case that “things are nowhere near as bad as the media and the liberal politicians are telling you [and] that we could be on the verge of an historic boom.”
