Abuse of impotence

NewsMax.com reports on the memo, obtained by Sean Hannity, that has circulated among Democrats on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. The memo reveals the committee’s minority plotting to use classified information against the White House in next year’s presidential campaign. The Democrats have the right, of course, to make an issue of any deliberate misuse of intelligence by the administration. However, as Hannity says, they cross the line when they use “the intelligence committee to conduct opposition research for the coming presidential campaign.” We will keep an eye on this story.
