An offer Israel should have refused

The Jerusalem Post reports that the Israeli cabinet, by a vote of 12-11, has agreed to release hundreds of Hizbullah prisoners. In exchange, Israel gets the return of one abducted Israeli businessman (who was snatched by Hizbullah while conducting dubious business in the Gulf states) and the bodies of three murdered soldiers.
