The ubiquitous Dr. Dean

George Will reckons that the only thing that could be worse for the Democrats than nominating Howard Dean would be not nominating him. Why? Because if Dean is not nominated, a 2004 version of Ralph Nader will siphon off votes from the Democratic nominee (assuming that the nominee is Dick Gephardt). And, according to Will, that third party candidate could be Howard Dean himself.
