Dictator? What Dictator?

The BBC has issued an edict to its reporters barring them from referring to Saddam Hussein as a “former dictator” or using other disrespectful characterizations. Instead, he is to be called “the deposed former President.” No word on how BBC reporters are supposed to refer to President Bush.
