Calling in Il?
The AP confirms today's page-one USA Today report that a United States delegation will inspect North Korea's main nuclear complex at Yongbyon next week. USA Today reports that the delegation would include Sig Hecker, former director of the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Isn't this a significant development of some kind?
