Take this court and shove it

Law professors Eric Posner and John Yoo have led the Wall Street Journal to take notice of the outrageous proceedings in the International Court of Justice that have resulted in the court ordering reconsideration of the convictions of 51 Mexicans on death row in the United States. Their excellent column is “International court of hubris.”
We discussed the proceedings in “What’s wrong with this picture?” and in “The highest court in the land.” We would love to hear the positions of the Bush administration and of the Kerry campaign on compliance with the ICJ ruling.
