Bill Clinton has timed the release of his memoirs to occur this summer around the Democratic convention. Like a good comedian, he knows the value of timing. The New York Times assigns two reporters to chew over the really important issue — the possible impact of the memoirs on the Kerry campaign, of course: “Timing of Clinton memoir is everything for Kerry.”
