Get me rewrite! Part deux

Yesterday we posted two screenshots of John Kerry's DBunker showing significant editing of the DBunker post on Kerry’s medals. The phrase "he has been consistent about the facts and the symbolism of the medal-returning ceremony" was removed in between the two screenshots.

Gerry Daly of Daly Thoughts and PoliPundit of PoliPundit have forwarded us links to screenshots of the ORIGINAL Kerry DBunker post on his 1971 medals protest. Click here for the link to Daly and here for the link to PoliPundit. Don't miss this one. (Thanks to all who wrote us on this subject.)

Today's Washington Times has more, "Kerry hits back on medals, calls it 'phony controversy,'" as do today's Washington Post, "New clash on military service," today's New York Post, "Kerry's medal muddle," and today's Boston Globe, "Kerry rejects medals dispute."

On the Globe editorial page, Thomas Oliphant weighs in with "I watched Kerry throw his war decorations." The New York Post also adds John Podhoretz's column, "John Kerry's quiet collapse," and an editorial, "Medals double talk." Finally (finally for the moment), while I was posting these notes Mickey Kaus recapped the proceedings in a characteristically witty assessment: "Has Kerry fired his doomsday weapon?"
