Why isn’t Bush losing?

James Taranto has two good pieces in the WSJ Opinion Journal about why President Bush isn’t losing in the polls despite a sagging approval rating. In the first piece Taranto focuses on the usual suspect, John Kerry. In the second some of his readers note that, as conservatives, they disapprove of Bush’s performance and think the country is on the wrong track, but would certainly vote to re-elect the president. Oh, and as you scroll down, find out why Senator Kerry should resign from the Senate.
