A sidelong glance at RR

Reagan administration arms controller Kenneth Adelman came to Minneapolis last spring to visit his daughter and speak at two events I attended. The stories he told of his work with the president in connection with his service (including the momentous Reykjavik negotiations) strikingly conveyed the wisdom of the leadership that led to victory in the Cold War. Fox News has posted a column by Adelman that tells a few of the anecdotes deriving from his service: “I remember Ronald Reagan with nothing but fondness and admiration.”
