Khan Cooperation Alleged

A Pakistani intelligence source has told Reuters that Mohammad Naeem Noor Khan cooperated with investigators after his arrest by sending coded email messages to his al Qaeda contacts. According to the Pakistani source, a number of responses were received. No word on whether these exchanges were involved in the arrests that have occurred on several continents in recent days. The same source complained that the “sting” operation came to an end when the New York Times printed Khan’s name on Monday, following briefings by U.S. officials.
