“Seared in my memory”

NRO has posted the outstanding column by Naval War College Professor Mac Owens (former Marine platoon leader, Vietnam 1968-69): “Seared in my memory.” Mac has pursued the issue of Kerry’s postwar conduct in the pages of NR and on NRO to devastating effect. Don’t miss this column, which I believe may be his concluding word on the subject.
