The Scotsman reports that American investigators, who are continuing to work their way through the records of Saddam Hussein’s regime at a snail’s pace, have found and translated documents that confirm Saddam’s links to several terrorist groups, which he funded through the U.N.’s corrupt “oil for food” program:
