For What It’s Worth

A reader who claims to have sources “close to the Bush campaign” says:

I’m told that pollsters close to the Bush campaign think that Bush is up in Florida and New Hampshire, down in Wisconsin, even in Pennsylvania and Michigan, and “doing well” in Ohio. And they don’t think that the exit-poll numbers on NRO about Ohio add up.

Needless to say, I don’t vouch for this any more than for the rumors I’m hearing from Democrats here. But until we get some hard news, rumors will have to do.
UPDATE: The numbers the Democrats are getting here are now tightening up.
FURTHER UPDATE: John Thune is said to be up by four points over Daschle.
GOOD NEWS: The Denver Post is reporting Bush with about a two-point lead.
