Fox has called Ohio for the president. If the call is good, and Fox has been quite conservative in its calls tonight, then we have a winner.
UPDATE: I had the pleasure of watching Tom Brokaw call Ohio for President Bush. He looked truly crestfallen. A priceless moment.
The Kerry campaign refuses to accept the call. It points out that there are 250,000 votes left to count. However, Bush has a 130,000 vote lead. The Secretary of State says there may be about that number of provisional ballots as well. So I understand why the Kerry campaign won’t concede Ohio. But it’s hard to see Kerry actually winning the state.
