What’s this? I ran across it tonight; the first person to correctly identify the photo in an email to our site’s mailbox wins a free Power Line t-shirt. Or we could substitute a hat, boxer shorts, lunch box,,, who knows.
UPDATE: Stop! We got close to 70 correct answers in fifteen minutes. Next time, we’ll try something harder. The lucky winner, who submitted the right answer — lava from Kilauea volcano in Hawaii enters the Pacific Ocean at dawn — less than two minutes after our post went up, was Terrence Kiernan. Not bad!
ANOTHER UPDATE: Several readers and another site have pointed out that the contest would be harder if we changed the file name of the photo. Hmm, good point. We’ll keep that in mind next time.
