On its home page the Federalist Society has added links to recent press coverage occasioned by the nomination of Judge Roberts to the Supreme Court. Federalist Society executive director Gene Meyer has also prepared a response (PDF with links) to the recent New York Times story by Jason DeParle that “paints a somewhat misleading picture” of the group. “Somewhat misleading” is Gene’s understated description of DeParle’s article; I think “willfully obtuse” is more like it.
