Bumped by the president
That's why I didn't appear on CNN's Reliable Sources program this morning as scheduled. Imagine, wanting to cover the president's speech in Brazil rather than talking to a blogger.
The morning wasn't a complete waste, though. I got to chat with left-wing blogger John Aravosis and professor Jonathan Turley (both very engaging) and very briefly with Howard Kurtz and his staff, as well as USA Today's fine Supreme Court reporter, Joan Biskupic. And I got to shake hands with Senator George Allen.
Plus Everton won to move out of the English Premier League's relegation zone.
