Don’t serve/Don’t tell

First Lt. Kate Thornton Buzicky runs up against the limits of liberal tolerance as a first-year student at Harvard Law School: “Don’t serve/Don’t tell.” (May I note with pride that Lt. Buzicky comes from Minnesota?)

Buzicky’s column is posted at the Weekly Standard site. On a closely related note, the Standard also recently posted my column on the Solomon Amendment litigation: “JAGs not welcome.” The story I tell begins at Yale Law School. The disgrace remains the same.
