Another Good Speech

President Bush delivered the second in a series of speeches about Iraq before the Council on Foreign Relations this morning. The speech focused on economic development, using Najaf and Mosul as examples of how conditions have improved over the past year. He also repeated his rejection of the defeatists’ call for withdrawal. The full text of the speech is here.
