Do They Have an HR Department?
Austin Bay comments on the release of some previously-classified documents captured from al Qaeda. These include a mission statement, bylaws, vacation policy--yes, really--and a policy on medical benefits. Oh oh--it looks as if al Qaeda has adopted Paul Wellstone's vision of "single payer" (i.e., socialized) medicine for all. Don't tell the Democrats!
It turns out, too, that al Qaeda has an official section dedicated to "imprisonment and torture!" So I guess if an al Qaeda guy puts panties on your head, they don't send him to jail.
