The Resistance in France: An update

Yesterday in “A call to resistance” we noted Michelle Malkin’s column “Fight the bullies of Islam.” We also noted the BBC story on the republication by France Soir of the cartoons discussed in Michelle’s column that were originally published in Denmark’s Jyllands-Posten newspaper.
Well, this didn’t take long. Today the BBC reports: “French editor fired over cartoons.” The BBC also reports “Muhammad cartoon row intensifies” and “Anger grows over Muhammad cartoon.” (Thanks to reader Sean Savage, and to several other readers who let me know of the bad link, now fixed.)
UPDATE: Scott Burgess has a terrific round-up here. (Courtesy of Michelle Malkin, who is closely following the story.)
