Betsy Newmark’s Betsy’s Page site suffered a mysterious disappearance this week. Betsy announced her reappeance here last night. Betsy’s site is hosted by the Google-owned Blogger service. Over at Polipundit, D.J. Drummond writes an indignant open letter to Blogger/Google.
We started Power Line on Blogger in its pre-Google days and experienced several cases of mysterious disappearance, though none as agonizing as Betsy’s. Vince Gill has the appropriate, bitter theme song to accompany the experience: “Take Your Memory With You When You Go.”
