“A Vote Against Victory”

Hugh Hewitt notes that not a single prominent Democrat has dissented from the ridiculous decision by partisan judge Anna Diggs Taylor, which held the NSA’s interception of international terrorist communications unconstitutional, for reasons no reader of her opinion has been able to discern. Consequently, Hugh concludes, “Any vote for any Democrat is a vote against victory and a vote for vulnerability.” It’s hard to argue with that conclusion.
