Late bloomer?

Maybe Bob Woodward’s new book isn’t a joke after all. Peggy Noonan, who in general considers Woodward a “boring fabulist,” thinks his latest outing is a good book and maybe even a great one.
I’m still not going to read it — I’ll wait instead for the memoirs of Andy Card and Prince Bandar. But I’m glad I read Noonan’s elegant review.
