Anatomy of a smear

In its reported editorial “The Wolfowitz files,” the Wall Street Journal looks at the documents underlying the events that have led to the effort to remove Paul Wolfowitz from the World Bank. The Journal detects a possible set-up by insiders that at the least provides “a case study in the lack of accountability at these international satrapies.”
