Giuliani expands his foreign policy team

Rudy Giuliani has just added some outstanding people to his already stellar foreign policy team. The names familiar to me are Ruth Wedgwood, a distinguished international law professor at Johns Hopkins; Michael Rubin of the American Enterprise Institute; the brilliant author David Frum, also of AEI; and our friend Tom Joscelyn, who will be the senior adviser on terrorism. They join an illustrious team that already included, among others, Norman Podhoretz, Peter Berkowitz, and Daniel Pipes.
I’ll repeat now what I noted when Giuliani selected his original group — Rudy, to his credit, is not shying away from serious foreign policy hardliners (including neo-conservatives) despite the potential cost of this in a general election.
