CPAC honors Mark Tapscott
My friend Mark Tapscott, editorial page editor of the Washington Examiner, will receive CPAC's journalist of the year award. CPAC presents this award anually "for distinguished service to the conservative movement throughout one's journalistic career." This year it is honoring Mark for producing what American Conservative Union Chairman David Keene correctly calls a "consistent, conservative, articulate editorial page."
Well earned, Mark.
