The last pre-primary polls show Hillary Clinton regaining the lead in Texas and extending her lead in Ohio. In Texas, the final pre-election polls show Clinton with an average lead of 1.7%. In Ohio, her average lead is around 7%.
Obama may come away with more Texas delegates than Hillary if, as expected, he does better in the caucuses. But if Hillary captures the popular vote in both states, and if the results confirm that momentum is starting to move her way, the race will continue for at least another month.
